Podobnie jak w pierwszej części, akcja gry rozgrywa się w świecie znanym z książki Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There (Po drugiej stronie lustra) Charlesa Lutwidge'a Dodgsona. Stare rodzinne lustro otworzyło portal do wspomnianego świata i następnie weń wciągnęło Alicję. Zadaniem gracza jest sprowadzenie jej z powrotem do domu. Ekipa z 8 Floor Games przegotowała sto dwadzieścia etapów. Zostały one podzielone na sześć grup w zależności od materiałów układanych rysunków - czyli szkła, papieru, tkaniny, drewna, kamieni i metalu.
